Calling all School Counselors Nationwide!

If you had asked me at 10 years old, what I wanted to be when I was younger, trust me, school counseling was never even at the bottom of the list. Honestly, I had always dreamed of being a judge and I just knew law school was apart of the plan. Ain’t it funny how GOD works. He had a different plan and to be honest, I am super grateful that I didn’t pursue my own path because I have found so much joy and fulfillment in school counseling.

I currently serve at a Title one school which “houses” precious kids in grades K-5! If you work in a Title 1 school, please let me know all about your experience so far! The job is not easy, but with Jesus, coffee and whole lotta love, I manage to get through the day!! Isn’t that great! From tackling difficult decisions, giving hugs, or just lending a listening ear its all worth it!

With all that I have stated, I am going to add blog posts to my website that will be dedicated to school counselors! Why? Because we all have to stick together of course!!!
